I am extremely excited for this achievement! Mainly because I’ve been struggling to figure out how to get my blog up and running for the past few months.
I have spent countless hours reading articles on how to monetize my blog with affiliate programs and tried hundreds of strategies from many bloggers. None of them worked for me.
I couldn’t understand how these bloggers made 5 and 6 figures when I was struggling so much.
But everything changed when I found it a few months ago Michelle’s Affiliate Marketing Course. This course opened my eyes! I realized why I wasn’t successful before, I was making a lot of mistakes 🤦♂️
Today I am happy to say that I am doing something 4 digits shared income. If someone had told me that I would be where I am today, I wouldn’t have believed it.
And I still can’t believe this happened to me.
It’s amazing to get emails from time to time saying I’ve made a sale, especially overnight.
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is check my emails and I’m thrilled to see that I’ve made a sale (or more than one).
As you can see in the picture below, last month I made my first $1000 from affiliates.
My struggles turned into Success
After spending a lot of time (and money) trying strategies that probably worked a few years ago but no longer do, I decided that enough was enough. It was enough to try half-way methods and follow what others told me.
I’ve been putting a lot of effort into my blog and the payback hasn’t been what I expected.
I was ready to give up!
You can imagine when I came across Michelle coursesaw how he made a living from his blog while traveling.
In fact, he was earning more than 50k per month from affiliate marketing.
If he was making 50k a month, what could stop me from making a small fraction of that money? For example 1k per month!
I convinced myself that my blog was missing something (and of course I wasn’t). I decided to give it a chance and listen to what Michelle had to say.

How I made my first $1000 in affiliate income last monthThe first thing I do is clear my day so I can go through the entire course to find what strategies I can implement right away.
It didn’t take me long to make some moves because after completing Module 2 (How to Find and Apply for Affiliate Programs) I had a list of affiliate links that I could start promoting.
The first thing I learned… “You don’t need a huge list of affiliate programs to convert”.
He recommends sticking to 10 quality affiliate products in the beginning, AND that’s what I did.
So, in December, of course, I started introducing my top 10 favorite products that I use (I wouldn’t recommend anything I haven’t used before).
I can vouch that this strategy works because in the past I had many different links for many products and didn’t get many conversions.
Now I promote about 10-15 products and it works like a charm.
I also followed a combination of strategies Module 4 (How to Get Your Readers to Convert) and Module 5 (Strategies and Ways to Promote Affiliate Links), which makes me…
…my second biggest learning: you need the right tools to promote your affiliate links. The best thing is that all these tools are completely free, so you don’t need any investment.
Within a month my income increased by 87% and tripled after just 3 months of taking the course.
Before I started my affiliate income was $302.58, the next month it immediately jumped to $561.35 and now it’s $1,023.18 and counting!
My Page Views Stay the Same, but My Income Triples
You might be thinking that maybe my page views have increased and therefore my income has increased. No! My traffic remained the same. Below is a screenshot from Google Analytics to prove it.
You don’t need a lot of traffic to make sales.
The screenshot above shows my traffic over 5 months, so I’m getting an average of 8k pageviews per month. Still, I can make over $1000 in affiliate sales.
I can’t wait to see what happens after I increase my traffic!
The best part is that I haven’t implemented all the strategies in the course yet. I am sure my sales will improve. I really can’t wait!
